The client must strictly adhere to the established departure and pickup times for the tour.
Waiting time is not included in the service duration; any delay by the client may affect the itinerary without the right to a refund.

• Children ages 3 to 5: $700 MXN.
• From X years and older: adult rate.

Payments:
The tour must be paid in full at the time of booking to guarantee your spot.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations with ≥ 48 hours’ notice: 50% refund.
Cancellations made ≤ 48 hours prior to the tour: non-refundable.
In case of adverse weather conditions or force majeure: reschedule or 50% refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, minus applicable processing fees.

Liability Waiver – Zemway Tour
Participation in the Zemway Tour includes activities such as swimming in cenotes, ziplining, and cultural rituals that carry inherent natural and environmental risks, including slippery surfaces, contact with wildlife, or changing weather conditions.
Biwa Transport acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or incidents beyond its control.
The client acknowledges that:
They are in suitable physical and health condition to participate in water, height, or hiking activities.
They are responsible for following all instructions given by the guide and staff during the tour and activities.
Travel insurance coverage applies only during transportation, provided that all safety regulations are followed (seatbelt use and remaining seated).
Biwa Transport is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the tour or within the Zemway facilities.
By booking the tour, the client declares to have read and accepted these terms, as well as the cancellation, refund, and safety policies.
