Guests must strictly comply with the established tour departure and pick-up times. Waiting time is not included in the service duration; any delay on the part of the guest may affect the itinerary without the right to a refund.

- From 6 years old: adult rate.
The tour must be paid in full at the time of booking to guarantee your spot.
Cancellations ≥ 48 hours in advance: 50% refund.
Cancellations ≤ 48 hours in advance: non-refundable.
Adverse weather or force majeure: reschedule or 50% refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, less any applicable processing fees.

Participation in the Turtle Tour in Akumal involves water activities such as snorkeling, which carry inherent risks associated with the sea, marine wildlife and the use of equipment. Transportadora Biwa acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings or any incident arising from causes beyond its control.
They are in suitable physical and health condition to participate in water activities.
They are responsible for following all instructions given by the guide and staff during snorkeling and transportation.
Travel insurance coverage applies only when safety regulations are followed during transportation, including wearing a seat belt and remaining seated.
Transportadora Biwa is not responsible for belongings that are forgotten or damaged during the activity or free time at the beach.
By booking the tour, the guest declares that they have read and accepted these clauses, as well as the cancellation, refund and safety policies.
