Established check-in and check-out times must be respected by the guest.

In case of setbacks in your flight, or delays in your arrival you must contact us in order to coordinate with our assigned staff any changes, and avoid extra charges

We can store your luggage if you arrive/depart outside of these times.

Early check-in and late check outs are subject to availability. Fees may apply.

Payment Methods

We accept cash payments, with credit card as: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club; As well as US dollar (variable exchange rate), Mexican pesos and Euros

If the guest decides to make the payment of the reservation by bank deposit, the client must first contact our reservations department to verify that the room (s) is available, a temporary block of the room(s) will be made for 4 hours. During this period the customer must contact us by email sending the scan of the deposit or the print of the transfer.

It will be the only way you can guarantee the permanent blocking of the reservation. After the five-hour period, if the payment has not been registered with the reservations department, the room is released in our system for future guests.
* On reservations made the same day does not apply this form of payment.

ID Requirement

For security purposes the presentation of an identification when the guest is booking a room is mandatory. Other alternatives accepted to identify the client will be: driver’s licenses and passport.

Wi-Fi

We offer free Wi-Fi in all areas of the hotel.
The internet in the Business Center area has an extra cost, offering a better speed and efficiency for your business. You should consult this rate with the staff in charge.

Air Conditioning

All rooms are acclimatized through an intelligent energy-saving system with a magnetic card that each guest received at the check-in time. The guest is responsible for the care of the card and the correct use of it. In case of loss the customer must economically replace the value of the card.

Security Safe

The guest will find in each room a safety deposit box. It is essential that important documents and objects for the guest are stored in the safe. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of objects or documents inside the room or related areas.

Children

Children under 10 years do not pay at the time of booking, while sharing a room with adults and sleeping in existing beds in the accommadation.
Additional person over 10 years old extra charges apply

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel or in any of its areas.
For special conditions or requirements related to a pet, please contact our reservation staff.

Cancellation policies

Any change or cancellation of a reservation must be communicated with a minimum of 72 hours in advance of your arrival date.

In case the guest does not arrive, we will charge the amount of one night plus tax per room to the credit card with which the reservation was guaranteed.

Once the guest has paid the amount for the room rate no refunds will be made under any circumstances.
